Stillness is an important key to personal transformation. I remember that I used to think that meditating was “doing nothing” while at the same time I had no idea that the incessant “I should be doing…” had been part of my programming. There is a reason that we are called human beings and not human doings.
Starting a regular meditation practice can be daunting. I know that it was for me. It took me somewhere between 4 -6 weeks to make the shift from having to force myself to sit down every day to actually starting to miss meditation in my daily life and missing the benefits when I would skip a couple of days.
I would love to help you integrate a (near) daily meditation practice in your life. We journey together for 4 weekly sessions and you commit to practicing every day for 10 to 30 minutes. I will introduce you to and guide you in a range of meditation practices that will help you to lead a more peaceful, grateful, happier life, with more compassion for yourself and your environment.
